- Coach transport for ~120 participants (Congress 1) and ~110 participants (Congress 2).
- Airport transfers: Trieste Airport ↔ Hotel Palace Portorož.
- Evening transfers to restaurants in Piran area with return.
- Afternoon transfer to Piran with return.
- Congress 1 only: stop at Izola General Hospital on final day before airport transfer.
- Congress 2 only: direct transfer to airport on final day (no hospital stop).
- All fuel costs, parking fees, road taxes, and driver expenses to be included in quotation.
