These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online reservation service provided on these pages and through The Website (The Service) are owned, operated and provided by Kiselev Artem, registered by the law of Russian Federation as individual entrepreneur (RivieraBus) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. The Service
RivieraBus provides service for online ticket reservation on touristic bus route riding from Tirana to Saranda and back (with intermediate stops) according to timetable published in Website. Transportation of passengers is carried out by our partner companies: The Albania Travel Company / İSMAİL İPEK TURİZM ANDİFLİ TURİZM / Xauen Tours. Cost of transportation is included in The Price of The Service.
2. The Price
The price for The Service which published in The Website always actual and guaranteed. The Price is fixed and does not depend on pick up and destination points as well as not depend on direction of the route. RivieraBus has rights to apply discounts for group requests and in cases of seasonal and other promotional actions.
3. PaymentsOur website allows purchases online, and you can pay for The Service by using Visa or MasterCard bank cards and also PayPal. After accepting the purchase of The Service selected, a secure frame-window with the T Bank processing service will open, where you need to enter the information of your bank card. 3D Secure is used for additional user verification. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to their server for additional authentication. Please be informed that payment will be made in RUR (Russian rubles) since our company is registered in Russia. The conversion is carried out at the rate of Central Bank of Russia. Your bank issuing your credit card can also charge fees. You can find more information about additional authentication methods by contacting the bank, which issued the card to you.
4. Security guarantee
T Bank online payment system protects and processes your bankcard information according to PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. The information to the payment system is sent encrypted with the use of SSL encryption technology. Further information processing is done through closed banking networks, which have the highest security measures in place. Tinkoff Bank & Rivierabus do not send or give your bankcard information to any third party. 3D Secure technology is used for additional user verification.
5. Online payments safetyThe information you enter (name, address, phone number, email, credit card number) is confidential and is never shared with anyone. Your credit card information is always sent encrypted and is not stored on our Web-server. Bank guarantees the safety of all processed online payments. All operations done with the payment cards are done according to the requirements listed by VISA International, MasterCard, and other payments systems. Special technology is used to send the information to ensure security of online purchases, and the information is processed on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.
6. Privacy
RivieraBus keeps your personal data safety and never share it with third parties. RivieraBus can use email address of the client for sending important information in emergency case or sending promotional offers about The Service.
7. Free benefits on board
During the ride every Client will get free bottled water on board, access to free wifi network, free face masks and hand sanitizers for COVID protection. RivieraBus provides comfortable and air-conditioned buses/vans. There is no toilet on board however will be stops during the way as well as stops according to requests of Clients.
8. Guaranty of the ride on chosen date
RivieraBus guarantee the ride according to timetable in the calendar. Actual ride status for each date Client can check on The Website.
9. Changes & cancellations of reservation
Cancellations & refunds of advance payment are allowed in case of requesting not later than 5 days prior the date of ride. Date changes are allowed if there are available seats on the date you wish to be moved. However, if you have any unforeseen circumstances please let us know in order we could try to find a solution.
10. Liability limitation
We make every effort to comply with this privacy policy; however, we cannot guarantee the security of information in case of factors beyond our control, which may influence our operations that may result in disclosure of your data. All information published on The Website is listed as-is without any guarantees. We do not bear responsibility for any losses due to limited access to URL website, or by accessing The Website and using the information published on it.

Shared shuttles to Chefchaouen, private transfers nationwide & deposit-free car rentals

Tangier ↔ Chefchaouen shuttle 2026
This is our main northern route. Chefchaouen has no airport and no train — most travellers arrive via Tangier (city, airport or the Spanish ferry). The ride is about 2 hours 15 minutes (120 km) in an air-conditioned minivan 7 to 17 passengers. Wi-Fi and bottled water on board.
Daily, 1 April – 31 October. Tangier → Chefchaouen at 10:00. Chefchaouen → Tangier at 16:00. Price: €30 per person, one-way. Pickup in Tangier city centre (Grand Socco / Ville). Drop-off in Chefchaouen at the medina gate (Bab El Mahkzen / Bab Souk) — cars cannot enter the medina.
Each way includes short (10-15 min) stop at scenic veiwpoint for tea/coffee break, photos, toilet. Book in advance: limited capacity. Check availability by selecting a direction and date in the form.
Fes ↔ Chefchaouen shuttle 2026
The classic independent-traveller link between Fes and the Blue City. About 3 hours 30 minutes (200 km), same minivan, Wi-Fi and water.
Daily, 1 April – 31 October. Fes → Chefchaouen at 09:30. Chefchaouen → Fes at 14:30. Price: €39 per person, one-way. Pickup in Fes at the medina gates (Batha or Rcif), not inside the medina. Drop-off in Chefchaouen at Bab El Mahkzen / Bab Souk. FEZ airport is an extra pickup, added at booking.
If you are 4 or more, a private car is usually better value — book it on the private transfers page. For shuttle seats, book in advance and pick direction and date in the form.
Fes ↔ Chefchaouen: €39 per person one-way (3h 30min)
Four shuttle seats: from Tangier €120, from Fes €156. Comparing to private transfer: from Tangier €130 / from Fes €160 on the private transfers page, so private ride usually better from 4 passengers.
Tangier: city centre (Grand Socco / Ville).
Fes: medina gates (Batha or Rcif), not inside the medina. FEZ airport as an extra.
Chefchaouen: Bab El Mahkzen / Bab Souk. Cars cannot enter the medina — we drop at the gate.
